By using PHX Junk Busters services, you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern your use of our dumpster rental offerings, website, and communication channels.
Service Eligibility
All users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Rentals are subject to availability and local regulations.
Rental Agreements
All rentals are governed by a written agreement outlining size, duration, weight limits, placement rules, and fees. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or service termination.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. Refunds are issued only for cancellations made 48 hours prior to delivery.
Permits and Compliance
Customers are responsible for securing permits if placing dumpsters on public property. PHX Junk Busters assists in application but does not assume liability for denial or violation.
Prohibited Materials
No hazardous waste, flammable liquids, medical waste, electronics, or large appliances may be placed in dumpsters. Violations may result in immediate service termination and additional disposal fees.
Liability
PHX Junk Busters is not liable for damage caused by improper loading, unauthorized placement, or failure to follow safety instructions. Customers assume full responsibility for safe usage.
Service Interruptions
Delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure are not grounds for refunds. We will notify customers as soon as possible of any changes to scheduled service.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, and images, is owned by PHX Junk Busters and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County courts.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
